Canadian singer and songwriter Daniel Powter scored an international hit with his first album, which was released in 2006 and featured the smash single "Bad Day." For the follow-up, Powter teamed up with noted producer and songwriter Linda Perry to help craft an emotionally revealing and musically diverse second effort. 2009's Under the Radar includes the songs "Best of Me," "Next Plane Home," "Not Coming Back," "Whole World Around," and a duet with Perry, "Am I Still the One."
