Justin Timberlake was once the face of boy band N*Sync, but he's since made a solo career out of progressing musically and reinventing himself without alienating old fans. While 2002's Justified was a quality, if not groundbreaking record, 2006's Futuresex/Lovesounds saw Timberlake go from riding hot trends to setting his own. Timberlake teamed up with R&B's super-producer,Timbaland for the bulk of the album, and the resulting cohesiveness paid off in spades. The pair dive into dance, hip-hop, R&B and straightforward pop as songs seamlessly flow into each other. The undisputed highlight of the album is the T.I.-assisted "My Love," which is as flawless as 21st century music gets.
