Another excellent entry in MCA's Millennium Collection, this features 11 of the group's best-known tunes. Poco never reached the country-rock commercial heights of the Eagles, but their music was every bit as essential and groundbreaking. Of course, Timothy B. Schmit and Randy Meisner were both members of Poco before becoming Eagles, almost reinforcing the point. Highlights include "Heart of the Night," "Crazy Love," "Under the Gun," "Midnight Rain," and "Making Love." An essential collection for all fans of country-rock.
