Okay, so let me start this off with a little background story...So, about a year and a half ago, I would record songs on my stereo onto a tape. Well, I started to record this one song, and it was brilliant! The worst thing is, though, is that my tape ran out of tape to record on, so I got only half of the song and at the end of the song, another song followed it. It was late at night and it was just a long set of music playing, and I knew the DJs would not announce the song. So I was bummed, BUT I thought about searching for the lyrics online so I could buy the c.d. Good thinking, right? WRONG. I have looked for this song for a year now, and I haven't looked for it in the past six months because I had given up on it. Well, today, I don't know what made me think of it, but I googled the lyrics, and it popped up as the number one link!!! I could not believe it, and then I saw that there was a video for the song and I freaked. The song is "We Drink On the Job" by Earlimart and I know that people are thinking, "what a psycho, it's just a song" but all the crap I had to go through, and how cool this song is, yeah, it's worth it. I HIGHLY recommend this band to everyone and the song is so simple, yet so catchy. I sure hope someone else agrees with me and I am not just sounding like some crazy person.
