Zen..are you an Aussie or a Kiwi? Aussie, I presume, right? This vid just reminded me of a phenominal movie I saw a couple years ago..Rabbit Proof Fence..that I absolutely loved. Ever see it? Was it popular in Australia? It was an art house film here...I had to go into New York to see it...but it was well reviewed. Just curious...
An Aussie here and yes I saw Rabbit Proof Fence several times... sometimes we get it seriously right here in the film game... and then others maybe not so... I wont go and see the the new flick just premiered 'Australia' I cant stand Nicole Kidman and we dont use the word 'crikey' which I hear is all through the movie..... but then again I may suffer it just to watch Hugh Jackman...lol

Australia (the movie) just started getting a big buzz over here, if you pay attention to that stuff, and because of Kidman and Jackman I'll assume it'll do well. I don't care for her either except for that one with Cruise where they were Irish immigrants trying to claim land in America (forgot the title). I'm sure I'll go see it justy because I've alkways had a thing for your county after seeing "Walkabout" when I was a LOT younger lol. Reading "In A Sunburned Country" and "Cold Beer and Crocodiles" made me want to go there too. Someday...
I spent a few days out in the whip wops from Kalgoorlie with a couple of Aboriginal guys cutting sticks for digi's and I can tell ya it has a mezmorising timeless feeling that will stay with me forever, you have to taste that to know it. Do it I say. Great tune by the way
