You may have noticed (or not) that I have been very quiet the last days...I wont bore you with the details but it has been a challenging time...
My taste in music the last days has been provocative, dark and lyrics as always have played a big part in my therapy...those songs may be shared one day but right now I will keep them close...
Having said that I have recentred and found a strength within, my core is calm and spirit free..

Zen, Hold fast to who you are and do not let anything or anyone cause you to waver in this. You have been a bright spot in my mogging journey and I have taken great joy in your enthusiam and positivity. Smiles, at times, come far and few between in this life, and I must say you have blessed me with more than one. So, then, chin up and all that and let's see if we can't find that sun,eh?
