Earlimart continues its amazing run of quality music with the release of their latest, "Hymn and Her."
Bandmates Aaron Espinoza and Ariana Murray compliment each other perfectly...crafting memorable songs while taking turns on lead vocals... It makes for great listening experience. I find myself all too often pulling a song or two off of albums... Not so with Earlimart. Their last couple of albums have have kept my finger off of the "forward" button, and this one is no different... "Hymn and Her" flows from beginning to end. Take a listen to the cuts I've posted and judge for yourself... There's plenty more great stuff where that came from.
I also created a poster for their show at Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco last Saturday. (no. I don't work for them.) It's a limited-edition of 40. ...might be tough to see, but the newspaper I used was from the old San Francisco Call (long since dead)... this particular paper was from 99 years ago to the day of the concert date... (July 19, 1909) which I then tweaked the hell out of...
