He was perhaps best known for being a political rival of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison... ...and for being killed in a duel with Aaron Burr... in other words... he was kind of a dick. ..But for all his accomplishments, his greatest may be getting me into the Rickshaw Stop last Saturday night.....Yes, for one measly ten-spot, I got to witness three amazing San Francisco bands.....The opener: Nyles Lannon... The former FilmSchool member journeys out on his own with his new album "Pressure"... An immensely talented musician who has dabbled in electronic music (as "n.ln" or "N. Lannon") his newest release is closer to an electric Elliot Smith (with less confident vocals... they tend to lay in the background) with a smattering of electronics throughout... it's a very good album... I'm uploading a "CRASH LANDING"... enjoy...

Acutally it's fecking brilliant... the title, the reviews, the song selections !!! Few things better than live music, at a minimum price & maximum enjoyment level... that was my last Saturday (as you are well aware) & it was your Temp Indie Pop Hero Parts 1-3... The original was a classic from day one, turned the film world on its tukkus, but Clerks 2 - actingwise is a superior film. First one wins for me by a hair because of what it is & what it's done... seriously though - _*Pillowpants*_ ?!? Genius !!!
