More on my grandma (not really a public update, I just need to get it out): She's terminal. Liver cancer, large tumor. Not even the specialists know where it's coming from. They do however expect her to go very soon. She's my last grandparent. I have no idea how I'm going to concentrate during finals.

Sorry to hear this. I don't even know you but your grandma will be in my thoughts. I hope things go well. But you have to remember if it is her time then it is her time. Good luck with your finals.

my thoughts and hopes are with you and your grandmother. it's hard, my dad passed away last week from cancer. he was my buddy, but i still feel him with us. he died peacefully in his sleep and so glad i spent lots of time with him. make every day count to spend with your grandmother. even if it means bringing your books to her house and studying there. you'll be glad you did.

I'm so sorry, my Nana died of cancer when I was young, and have since had both grandfathers pass away. It's tough, but hopefully she'll be in a better place.
