Singin' in the Rain

Posted over 2 years ago
So, my highschool is putting on the play Singin' in the Rain and my best friend is going to be Don Lockwood. At first he was telling me it was going to suck because the guy who is going to play Cosmo was getting high instead of coming to theater practice and then today there was a matinee for the middle school and he did everything perfectly..so I guess the drugs were helping him remember all of his lines. Anyway, so now, apparently the play is going to be amazing and so I will be going tomorrow night. Hopefully I'll get my $5 worth out of this.Anyway so I got my Term Report back today and I am doing just swell. Except for Geometry and that sucks but I can pull it up. I got A's in Honors Bio. Honors French, World Geography and Art and then I have a B in Honors English and unfortunately a D+ in Honors Geometry. Also, today I measured Hominid and Hominoid skulls which is always great fun in my book.

  1. darmuzz says Geometry: "the pure mathematics of points and lines and curves and surfaces" Sounds beautiful to me! I love the Singin' in the Rain movie but I've never seen it on stage. Would love to!

Zelda Tanz says Trust me, for your first time seeing it, go see the professional production, that's where I first saw it on stage, it was incredible, for the rain seen, they used real water and then during intermission mopped it up. I do not however advise you to see a highschool production first. It kind of ruins the experience.
