Very cool- great horns.
I remember seeing the G.O.S. at a club about 15 years ago. Still fun watching him move his feet like he did. And the whole cape thing.
Only negative to the show was he brought Al Sharpton up on stage at the end. One of the rare times I ever heard booing with a headline act on stage. Sharpton ended up walking behind Brown, holding onto his shoulders from behind (as if for protection), as he left the stage.
Al Sharpton just ain't funky.
He was DJ'ing in a James Brown Vs. fela event I was at in Brooklyn recently..dyno-mite. Thanks for this.
