Newly Joined to MOG - A bit about me

I am a full-time student in mechanical engineering, and I am a creative writer, busy revising my first real novel.My favorite band is Lifehouse, and I own the four main albums and have just begun to collect the rare unreleased songs that are out there.Even though Lifehouse is my all-time favorite, I find Arcade Fire is best for writing to, and John Mayer and Jack Johnson are excellent for relaxing to. My first ever cd was Billy Klippert and the second ever was U2, best of 1990 to 2000. I still listen to them occasionally. I've got over sixty bought cd's because I find I appreciate the music much more when I make a trip downtown, hunt for the cd, find the cd, pay hard-earned money to purchase it, take the physical copy all the way home, finally pop it in the cd player after much anticipation, and then listen to the whole thing straight through...Rather than downloading the song at some random site with terrible advertisements flashing all the while and then get a file with some eighty character name saved in some obscure file on my computer where I hardly ever listen to it. Also, I find my musical library is smaller and therefore much more quality than quanitity. So that's my speel about buying vs downdloading...HOWever, these Lifehouse songs cannot be found elsewhere and so I am scouring the internet for them. A song I recently found that was beautiful beyond explanation was Signs of Life. But I'll leave it at that, share a favorite song, and go to bed.
