The outstanding Stockholm rockers The Hellacopters made their final flight on October 26th, 2008 AD. I was lucky enough to get permission from the band to photograph the final gigs, along with the other fine photographers Johan Ödmann and Chuck Pounder.
I shot 5 rolls of the wonderful HP5+ film, here's one of the many images I captured.
It's been odd to see ROCK AND ROLL become the underground over the past 10 or 12 years. The passing of the Hellacopters really marks the end of an era.
PS - like disco, digital still sucks! Viva la analog!
