Snow Patrol are gearing up to come out from their home in Ireland and tour North America. The band is scheduled to make 12 performances in a tour that will be just shy of a month, according to band member "Gary Lightbody's Mog page":MP.Their single, "Chasing Car" from their 2006 release ??Eyes Open??
