Unless a hotel or department store turns the air conditioning up to "Arctic" setting, there's no place in Hawaii that serves this chill cutter. There is an ice skating rink, where they may indeed serve this beverage to adults, but my across-the-street neighbor is visiting family in Canada, so I can't ask him.
