Ultima Thule was created in two parts in 1971. These are considered rare tracks and are, therefore, a real treat to Tangerine Dream fanatics. The term 'Ultima Thule' historically describes a far away place beyond the known regions of one's ken. I like to think of it as being a non-physical place: a place that can be attained through non-physical means pertaining to a state of euphoria or a place of deep feelings. Whatever, these tracks are a delight to experience if one is already bitten by the TD bug.
