I don't know about the Blood Red album (never heard it)
but he does have quite a few songs with metal artists on them.He and Ill Bill (his brother I believe) started out as a metal band.One of the crackheads in the video is Necro's uncle from what i've read.

Okay, so I did a little bit of research. Looks like he and Ill Bill are in a group called Non Phixion, and I guess he does his solo stuff. He's got a myspace page (of course) with some interesting material. He kinda sounds like what Eminem used to sound like. That real shock-rap.

good 'ol necro. and yeah, non phixion is now defunct (as far as i know). but uncle howie records has some good acts. ill bill has a solo album as well. and so does goretex (another non-phixion member). i used to be hard into this stuff...

well, the marshall mathers album was full of angst so maybe that's why you made the correlation...
but if you listen to more necro stuff and some of the other stuff in that gore/shock/really fucking explicit rap genre, you'd see that they're really not at all anything alike. necro's shit is pretty brutal...
