Where exactly are you located?
The Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center is located on the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown campus, at 450 Schoolhouse Road. Directions to our facility can be found at www.upjarts.com. We are a separate facility from the Pasquerilla Conference Center in downtown Johnstown.

How can I order tickets?
Call our Box Office at 269-7200 or 800-846-2787. We are open Monday-Fridays 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. You can also order tickets online at www.upjarts.com.

Do you give a group discount?
For some shows, a group of 15+ can receive a discount.

Can I reserve seats?
No, you cannot reserve a seat without payment.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Are there any extra fees if I purchase tickets online?
Tickets.com charges an additional $2.50 for every ticket.

How will I receive my tickets?
If you order tickets in advance we can mail them to you or hold them at Will Call. If you order tickets less than one week prior to a show, we will hold all tickets at Will Call.

If I pick my tickets up at the Box Office, do I still have to pay the handling fee?
Yes, there is a $4 convenience fee on every order.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?
No, all sales are final.

Do you have a dress code?
No, but most people wear business casual attire to our shows.

Do you have assigned seating?
Your tickets for Mainstage performances have your seat number printed on them. Tickets for the Studio Theatre are general admission.

Do you have wheelchair accessible seating?
Yes, we do. Be sure to mention this when you order your tickets, so we can accommodate you.

Where should I park?
For evening performances, you can park anywhere on campus, except for spaces marked "reserved."

How many seats does the theatre have?
The Mainstage Theatre seats 1001 people, and the Studio Theatre seats 150-200 people.

What is the "Studio Theatre"?
The Studio Theatre is a smaller theatre located at the end of the main lobby. Seating can be configured in various theatre or lecture settings for approximately 150 - 200 persons.

What is SAMA?
The SAMA Art Gallery is an art gallery in the main lobby of PPAC that houses satellite exhibits of the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art.

How can I get Tickets for the River City Brass Band?
We have a select number of tickets available. If you would prefer seats for which we are not holding tickets, call the River City Brass band at 1-800-292-7222 or visit them online at www.rcbb.com. River City Brass Band tickets are not available on our website.

How can I get Tickets for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra?
You can order tickets from our Box Office at 814-269-7200. If you have any questions about the JSO, call their office at 535-6738. JSO tickets are not available on our website.

What if it snows?
We generally do not cancel shows.
