Damageplan features 2 greats in one song, Zakk Wylde sat in on one song, and it's great, so thought I would share it with you heavy lovers out there ->
Damageplan had only one album, with pantera's members going on solo albums and what not, Phil Anselmo's Down, & Superjoint Ritual turned out ok, but his Viking Ritual band...not so great -> Dimebag & Vinnie teamed up with an unexpected David Allen Coe and they sucked in Rebel meets Rebel, but Damageplan was very cool -> heres a cut from damageplan's album, NEW FOUND POWER...
NEW FOUND POWER has 15 songs, and features some of the greats of today's metal artist's. Aside from band members, Corey Taylor from Slipknot sits in on a song called F*CK YOU, Jerry Cantrell from Alice in Chains sits in on Ashes to Ashes, and Zakk Wylde sits in on 2 songs, Reborn, and Soul Bleed...all in all, a great Heavy Metal Album...
Vinnie Paul Abbott on drums, Dimebag Darryl Abbott on lead guitar, former Halford guitarist Pat Lachman singing, and BOB ZILLA on bass...
Since my man Dime got murdered by that Marine guy Nathan Gail on December 8th, 2004, Vinnie Paul went on to drum for Hellyeah, and Pat Lachman went on to The Mercy Clinic stating what he thought Dimebag would tell him, 'You make music, motherfucker. Get back on it. Do what you do.' Sounds like Dimebag's advice to me, he wouldn't want everyone to sit around whining about it, make some more F*cking noise and drink some Crown royal to his name, remember the music and have fun.
So, here's Dime doing what he loved.

Didn't know that Pat went on to The Mercy Clinic. I'll have to look for that stuff online. What happen to Bob? Heard right after Dimes death that they were working on a secound one with Zakk on it. Dime might have been on few tracks on it. Don't know if they put that out or not.

I heard rumor of a bunch of unreleased studio takes from Damageplan, but as of now, all we can do is wait I guess...
As for BobZilla, no clue, I figured I could find something on Wikipedia if no where else, but I found zip -> he just dissapeared into the desert wasteland near Fort Worth Texas...well, that's my guess anyway.
And I tried to find a way to download The Mercy Clinic, but no luck, let me know if you find some, I am interested to hear what it may sound like...
