Feckin HOSTILE!!!!

Posted about 2 years ago
The third post to those that rock VULGAR DISPLAY OF POWER some have argued this to be the best metal album of all time. I can respect that opinion, but I don’t like narrowing things down that much. Here is the track list:1. "Mouth for War" 2. "A New Level" 3. "Walk" 4. "Fucking Hostile" 5. "This Love" 6. "Rise" 7. "No Good (Attack the Radical)" 8. "Live in a Hole" 9. "Regular People (Conceit)" 10. "By Demons Be Driven" 11. "Hollow" And as for the secret song at the end, as supplied by LESTER JONZE, a fellow mogger, is as follows:KYUSS--> 1.Phototropic_____2.100 Degrees/Space Cadet/DemonCleaner_____3.Freedom RunI can not stress enough how awesome LESTER JONZE really is, as they say in Baltimore, ‘He hooked a brotha up’--> So cheers to LESTER, and as AC/DC would say it "for those about to rock--> WE SALUTE YOU!"Jack’s untimely, decaying death,Tyler Durden

  1. brz says TD- oh man... here we go. i'm with you about not wanting to narrow things down so much, but Vulgar is certainly a classic, but i can't even say for sure it's my favorite Pantera album. GSTK and FBD are right in the mix. i guess it all depends on my mood. thanks for sharing. peace brz

  2. TylerDurden says Even though record sales for the 101 Proof Live album dindn't come close to any of their other albums, it's my favorite, with GSTK as a close second... I could spend a whole 8 hour day finding my favorite Dime riffs! I love playing his riffs at home because no one knows what the hell it is but me! softies.

  3. contrabandwidth says I would definitely put Kyuss "Welcome to Sky Valley" as one of the best. But "Vulgar" still scares me a little, like it did when I listened to it as a teen. It really brought out that angry side of me, and was a great listen before Lacrosse games.

  4. TylerDurden says CONTRA--> I did very well at my high school basketball games when I listened to pantera on the bus to the other schools, I hear you there! LESTER JONZE has got me hooked on KYUSS now, I only have the three tunes he gave me, so I'm not well versed in there portfolio, but I love what I got, look forward to hearing more of them.

  5. contrabandwidth says They're all good, but "Sky Valley" and "The Circus Leaves Town" are the best. Totally overlooked in their time.
