WHERE THE HOKEY POKEY "IS" WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT

MOGgin' Dirty

Posted over 2 years ago
Okay, so I took a few days off from MOG, and everybody lost their damned minds. Every other post for like two days was everyone's favorite "dirty" song. Even fistula_spume got in on the action. WTF?!!?
Well, never to be outdone (and inspired by a Brand Nubian post from UffinGreg I'm bringin' back one of my favorites. I believe this was the last track on Mecca & The Soul Brother and Puba comes in and does his damned thang!
"And when I jump into my thing, I make a bedspring sing. And you can ask my old fling, who's the bedroom king!"
Enjoy the skinz!

  8. TroyPowers says msquared: Song always makes me thing of an ex-girlfriend. That was "our song" at the time. Once (a couple years after the fact) I was hanging out at a mutual friend's house and she was there with her husband. That song came on, and we both immediately shot each other a glance of "Hey...do you remember...", then had to let it go just as quick. Good times. :)

  10. msquared64 says nice Troy... so what was going on at this mutual friend's house where that song would have been played? Were you guys having some dinner and wine? Maybe playing Twister or something? And also, wouldn't this song have applied to that situation "I just wanna f**************ck you, no kissin & huggin girl, you got a husband who loves you"

  12. TroyPowers says lol...that was the problem. It fit the situation all too much...and I think the husband kinda caught the vibe. I was the ex-boyfriend that no man wants his wife to have. The first choice that moved on and left her to marry her second choice. Just for a split-second, it was really tense in there. :) Other than that, it was a pretty normal scene. A bunch of people smokin', playin' spades, talkin' shit and listening to music. Capital way to spend a Friday night in my book.

  14. Cody B says Troy, the album has a song for each sign, and this is probably the least dirty. Despite all that, it is on itunes.

  22. Cody B says I believe that since there have been songs, there have been songs about sex. Those who complain about hip hop lyrics and their saltiness and how it is a sign of degrading morals, clearly do not have record collections that go back very far. Blowfly is from the 70's and there's plenty of material from before that like say these from the 50's or this one
