Just a collection of songs that I discovered, or were pounded into my head while on my last vacation. Good or bad, I must admit, I danced my ass off to each one of these songs. Repetition is a bitch!

T-ara - Bo Peep, Bo Peep
I'm sure you've all heard of J-Pop. Well, let me introduce you to K-Pop. Just like the Japanese, Koreans love their boy-bands, girl-bands, and all that bright, colorful, sugary pop music. This particular song was on CONSTANT play in the Korean night spots. It's even got a little dance that goes along with it. And, no, there's not enough money or alcohol in the world to make me demonstrate it.

Pitbull - The Anthem
Probably the only song to get more play than Bo Peep in Korea. This shit was on smash in EVERY country I visited. In Thailand, The Anthem immediately brought everybody to the dance floor. I guess there's no real reason I should be ashamed of loving this song. It would probably be okay with me if I hadn't heard it over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over...

Sean Kingston - Fire Burning
Am I the only one who didn't realize this kid still had a career? Coming in right behind Pitbull in total plays is the tubby faux-reggae kid from Florida. When I think of how many times I danced to this song in a three week period, it makes me want to take up self-mutilation. Then again, I guess just listening to the song would constitute self-mutilation. It's just a vicious circle.

Notorious B.I.G./Miley Cyrus - Bullshit & Party in the U.S.A.
This one, I can almost give myself a pass on. After all, I was hoodwinked. Bamboozled. Run amok! Led astray! I didn't land on Miley Cyrus. MILEY CYRUS LANDED ON ME!!! I will admit, that I would occasionally hear "Party in the U.S.A." and think, "Oh, that's an okay song." But this particular mash-up etched it into my brain. Some evil genius had the bright idea to lay Biggie's vocals from "Party & Bullshit" and lay them over the Miley Cyrus track. What makes things worse is that it's a fucking EXCELLENT blend. Big and Miley SHOULD NOT sound this good together. Sons of bitches!

Lady Gaga - Just Dance
This one, I don't even think I'm ashamed of any more. I love this fucking song! Before hearing this particular mash-up, it was just a song I would hear occasionally and pay absolutely no mind to. Then while on vacation, I was browsing through random music I had downloaded but hadn't really listened to, and discovered this little gem with Lady Gaga's vocals laid over "Sweet Dreams." Hooked! Then I actually listened to the song, and realized it's basically about going out, getting extremely trashed, losing shit, and just fucking dancing 'til you can't any more. Well, fuck! Why didn't you say that from the beginning? This is my new favorite song.
