MOG

This is Alissa Moreno, a singer songwriter from New Mexico now based in LA. She recently wrote a song that will be featured on the new Rascal Flats LP. This is the kind of success you go for if you are a songwriter writing for other artists. I am very happy for her. Way to go Alissa!

This dude is Ted Russell Kamp, from NY now based in LA. He plays with Shooter Jennings. We hit it off right away when he came down to the studio to help sing with me. Alissa and him sang great background vocals on my new songs. They did it just like in the olden days, together in front of a big microphone and it was stunning.

Also on board, Dayna Layne from Costa Mesa. She provided excellent brownies with nuts in them. Delectable! Thanks Dayna, maybe you'll actually get to sing next time!

I can't forget my fabulous sister Carmela, a fellow MOGGER, came by and played violin and it was fantastic! She doesn't really look like this, she's being Doris Day (long story, go to her mog). We only had a short time to get all these tracks recorded and it came out great. When there's a mix, I will let you MOGGERs hear them! Cory Gash recorded the songs and played drums too. His patience and enthusiasm never wavered and I very much want to continue working with him.I played the bass, guitars, keys, lead vocals,ect.
