i dont know if its the catchy tune, spiffy lyrics, fun sound of the horn, or the way the dudes voice sounds kinda worn out, but something makes this song refuse to leave my head. it makes me want to dance a little jig. someone should come jig with me while we groove to this tune.

the album feeling strangely fine by semisonic earns tony danzas seal of approval. picked this album up the other day used for 3 dollars. i dont know who "KC" is, but they felt the need to put their initials on the cd in white-out. in any case, they have already started out in the negatives on the cool point scale just for the fact that they sold this cd back to the store. such fools we live amongst. i recommend this cd to anyone who sees it for 3 dollars in a used music store, or even if they see it 20 in a pre-used music store. very good cd. makes miss the good days when cool people were not in shortage. good times the 90s were.

i wouldnt even spend three cents for this album, but thats just me. the nineties were good times, but not like that. I lived in Miami when this slbum and the song 'closing time' was popular. The only memory I have of it is working with a Hatian guy who spoke no english. He did, however, love that song. Every time it came on the radio (about every two and a half hours, gotta love terrestrial radio) he would yodel the words as best he could. Too bad there was no American Idol then . Simon could have cussed this guy out, and he would have never knonw the difference. Sorry, Tony, could you set me up with Samantha?
