First post actually.

You know you love a band when you love basically anything they put out, even if the lead singer is squealing/screaming in falsetto and you can't barely understand a word he's singing xDDDD But it doesn't matter because he sings with such emotion that you can't help but be sucked in.

I've mentioned Muse to a ton of people and maybe like 2 people out of the 30 I've asked/told knows of this band and even then they're not like major fans. Seems to me more people in the U.S. need to listen to some stuff that's being produced outside of your own country...because you're missing out on some good stuff.

Anyways...this may not be the best Muse song...there's others that just blow my mind completely, but I still luff it anyways :3

The music sounds pretty good. Wouldn't mind listening to more but!!!!! Those vocals need to go! Can we say nails on the chaulkboard? Or perhaps the cat getting raped outside your window? I got halfway thru the video and that was all I could handle. Like you said, you must really love the band if you can listen to that! I could actually see this song being played in an old time vampire film, as the vampire is stalking the beautiful victim, reaching a crescendo just as he's about to sink his teeth in. You've heard the term, A face that only a mother could love. Just replace face with voice.Would've definitely listened to the whole song if I didn't have to hear that voice the whole time. Post a video when the guy is singing. I'd like to hear them with actual vocals. If this is all that was going on outside the US, very few people would be listening to music outside our country.

Matt Bellamy has a voice you sorta have to warm up to. Same thing with Muse's style of music. He is capable of some beautiful vocals though..take Unintended for example. Unintended is one of their earlier songs. Micro Cuts is one of the few songs that you should definitely not listen to unless you've heard the best of Muse first heh. I should've warned you first.

I happen to love guys that can sing in the falsetto range and still sound halfway decent. Matt has a nice range all around :3

I agree with the whole old time vampire thing... xD The music would go perfectly with that. The voice ...I wish he could've toned it down a bit for the song. I think it was just one of those times where he felt like it was necessary.

Well I'll have to say that Unintended was much better than the 1st song you posted by Muse. The falsetto's were good and just enough. Definitely a unique voice with a lot of feel, no question about that! It's difficult for any singer to sing a whole song falsetto. The video was very cool also! I'll be lookin for ur next Muse post. Peace V
