Artist: Firesound Track: Epic

Here's another tune from my side-project Firesound's debut album, being released God knows when. We were going for specific genres of music when we recorded each movement of this "Epic" as we've come to call it for lack of a better name. It's early in the recording processes for this one. We haven't mixed it, haven't and recorded vocals over the fourth movement. We don't have a title for the overall project, but the movements titels are as follows:

I. Riders of the Wave

II. Woodland Celebration

III. The Bidding of Damien Pt. 1: The First Strike

IV. (Not...titled...yet...)

I must warn you, the lyrics were meant to be cheesey, as we were writing a fantasy story of epic proportion (ie, "clad in armor shining so bright"...yeah. Like...wow.) that will continue on into the next album. Also, Nick and I (the entirety of Firesound) are very aware we're not singers. But we did it anyway. Vocals on movement one, me, movement 3, Nick.

As I said...early in the game with this one. Let me know what you think. Any and all comments welcome.

the guitar dual in space. Thumbs up to whoever is soloing. The song gets pretty cool when everything picks up. I like the 2nd chord change. It's very jazzy, futuristic.
