Hello again!
I'm constantly being reminded how the last 365 days have brought me more changes then I could have ever imagined. And in thinking of all that, I've realized that I have sorely neglected MOG. No More!
So! I was borrowing someones Spoon CD (the new one), and I enjoyed it. But then one night I wanted something different, so I flipped on the radio for the first time in a LONG time. And I discovered "Radio 104.5":http://radio1045.com It rocks! Good music from a philly radio station, plus you can listen to it online! AND they show the last 10 songs played on their website. Very Cool!
What does this have to do with Muse? Well, Muse is a band I always wanted to get into, but never really listened to. Radio 104.5 played the song Starlight a bunch of times, and now I'm hooked. Muse sounds like Radiohead doing covers of The Killers. Yeah it works.
And the lyrics... well... I guess it is about holding someone, and just wanting them in your life... Or something... You're smart little moggers, you figure it out :-p
