Matthew Sweet has fallen under the radar for all but the most hardcore fan for a long time. But I'm not sure it's a good thing that music rags that have largely ignored Sweet's many (fantastic) post-Girlfriend albums actually noticing this because this is his weakest effort yet and in no way representative of his talents.
