On April 18th I caught up with Dengue Fever before their show at The Independent in San Francisco. Below is the first installment of my interview with them.
Dengue fever are a psychedelic Cambodian rock band from Los Angeles. Fronted by the silky vocal styling of Chhom Nimol. Quite simply, their sound is dreamy and sexy.

Interviewing them was a lot of fun. Chhom of course is super dreamy and Ethan had a lot of cool stuff to say and talk about. Zac is the king of beards in rock, I think. He'll be in on a later segment of the interview.
They were also subject of a really neat look documentary, Sleepwalking Through The Mekong. I only saw a 5 minute promo for, here's another one.
