Bob Dylan announced his plans for the summer: a nearly 30 stop tour. Dylan will turn 66 in May and is staging yet another comeback. His 2006 release ??Modern Times??(Columbia) was his 32nd studio album and first #1 album since 1976's ??Desire??.
