Beach Boy's Lawsuit Dismissed

The Beach Boys claims that Roy Sciacca and Allen Gaba had stolen memorabilia from their North Hollywood warehouse in 1994 have been thrown out. Gaba, owner of the warehouse and memorabilia collector Sciacca, were both cleared of a ??$60 million?? dollar lawsuit.
