Nate Dogg Charged With Stalking
-
Artist:
Long Beach rapper Nate Dogg AKA Nathaniel Dwayne Hale was charged with felony stalking following his arrest last month for threatening his estranged wife, reports the Star Tribune.
The charges stem from an incident on June 23 when California Highway Patrol received a 911 call from his ex, identified only as Latoya C. in court documents. It's claimed he threatened her life and was chasing her on Interstate 405.
Arraignment is set for July 16 on two felony counts of making criminal threats, one felony count of stalking and one misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license from a previous DUI.

"[Hale made a] credible threat with the intent that she be placed in reasonable fear for her safety and the safety of her immediate family," the complaint reads.
Nate Dogg made his debut on Dr. Dre's 1992 album, The Chronic. He's cousins with fellow Long Beach rapper Snoop Dogg. In 1994 he produced his first hit single "Regulate" with Warren G. Nate Dogg was also featured in many of Tupac Shakur's releases. Nate has found his greatest success not in solo projects, but in collaborations with other hip-hop artists. As of 2004, Nate Dogg has featured in and contributed to over 60 chart singles.

On January 18, 2008, it was officially reported that the stroke had rendered the left side of his body paralyzed. Doctors believe there will be a full recovery, and his voice was not affected.
"Time will tell everything, obviously. The doctor can only guess what the outcome will be," Nate's manager Rod McGrew said. "But based on situations with similar people his age, and based on his health, the prognosis is good right now."

Bad boy, bad boy, watcha gonna do? Get in more trouble, of course.
poor nate....
Wow, I had no idea he had a stroke. This is terrible. Sounds like he needs a good friend and needs to stay away from the booze. It is sad to see talent have hard times but they are human just like us. I know he can get through this. Thanks for sharing.
He was just trying to regulate.
