  1. Scotch says Good. I feel it's a performer's (particularly successful ones) duty to do what they can to better the world.

  2. Sturgell says I agree. I'm not going to tell someone how to spend their money, but come on now...

  3. Scotch says I wouldn't tell them, either. The ones who don't do their part would rather have the money than the respect or admiration anyway. "Can't buy another Bentley with respect," they'd say.

  4. Lighter Dusk says It's definetely nice to see someone do some good with fame. Interestingly, you can't do the same thing with infamy. If Amy WInehouse or Michael Jackson sold their diamond-studded swimming pools and used the money to feed all of Africa, it would be "Oh, geez, look what that lunatic is doing to try and freshen their image". ...Not that I'd believe either one would cut into their coke/child porno fund to do so, just sayin' -Dusk

  5. Scotch says Some would, but I wouldn't. I'm just happy when people do good things - it's between them and God (or whatever) why. But that's me...

  6. Lighter Dusk says You're a better man than most Scotch... ...Don't worry, I won't tell anyone, it might ruin you rep :-)

  7. Scotch says Thanks. I'd hate for that to get out... :P
