Video Interview Exclusive With Howlin rain

Last week I got together with Howlin Rain for drinks and a brief interview.Just to bring you up to speed, Howlin Rain are in my opinion one of the best acts in the Bay Area. Their most recent album ??Magnificent Fiend?? hearkens back to the glory days of rock. It dropped this March and if you're into straight up rock n' roll you'll dig these guys.But man alive these guys are comin' up! They just recently toured with Queens Of The Stone Age, were signed to American Records.It was great to hang with them.Starting May 1st, they'll be making a 16 stop European tour followed by a US tour kicking off at the Henry Miller Library in Big Sur, California.     dachmo says Who's that guy on the far right? He doesn't say much does he? also, The band introductions at the beginning, did you do them before the interview or after? Did they have any idea what a MOG is? Did you buy them a pitcher of Miller Genuine Draft? How come they looked so uncomfortable? Did you have a big swastika drawn in feces on your forehead? Is that why you didn't turn around?

    Sturgell says Dach- -The guy on the far right is just some dude. He doesn't even really have a speaking part, so let's just ignore him...for now. -The intros were done neither of which you guessed, rather during the interview. -They know what MOG is, it's not that complicated(Dach! No put downs!). -I think they looked uncomfortable because they had camera in their face. For the records: Not MGD Anchor Steam, whiskey, the blood of a vampire bat with a generous helping of eye of newt. And yes, I did have a swastika on my face, but it was in a decorative Hindu form(right facing). I was trying to get the message of peace and creation across, but I think it just made them really uncomfortable.
