The holiday music continues.

The soundtrack to A Charlie Brown Christmas is my all-time favorite Christmas album. My love of it dates all the way back to the days when the only Christmas music we had was a set of vinyl records. A Charlie Brown Christmas was one of those records and I used to love playing it every year during Christmas time.

Of course, I also love the actual special and given that it just came on last night (and I watched it for the umpteenth time), it's fitting that today's song is from A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Here's the upbeat jazz of "Christmas Is Coming."

i'm pretty sure the only xmas songs i can tolerate are ones from charlie brown. maybe there's less of a forced feeling of holiday cheer.
