An Odd Habit

I do something kind of unusual whenever I write a music review. When I'm actually in the process of writing it, I often listen to music other than what I'm actually writing about. Usually, it's something completely left field of what I'm writing about. I will re-listen to certain tracks of the album I'm reviewing to refresh my memory if need be but when I'm writing, I can concentrate better when I have on something other than what I'm writing about.So, as I finish up my Lifesavas review, I am listening to Mouse On Mars. And I bet that when I eventually review Bjork's new album like I want to, I'll be listening to Lifesavas.
