Achieving My Dreams Via Guitar Hero

Posted over 5 years ago
all day long, I sit at my desk thinking "red red red green green green red red red greeen green green red red red GREEN- KILLIN IN THE NAME OF---------------!!!!!" or the appropriate sequence of any other one of the awesome hits with which i can earn and dispense star power upon my captive audience because, I ROCK. (i have also moved up from easy to medium recently, so my rockage is not as high as it was in days past, but its pretty f-ing high nonetheless). In the past week or so I've figured out how to beat the at-a-cubicle-and-cant-thrash-with-plastic-guitar-in-hand blues by downloading the various songs from the game so that, although I may be typing I am also rehearsing for my moonlighting gig as a guitar hero. So, Sony, I salute you and your video gaming engineers for bringing this D.D.R. for hipsters into existence, so that for a few hours every evening, from the comfort of my own living room, I can fulfill my life long dream: to be a rock star.

  1. jimmybearpearson says Indeed! There's something deep-down about being part of music... I think the same part of the brain gets a rush - whether you are playing a Gibson SG standard, or a plastic PlayStation Guitar Hero SG. The experiences differ, but not by much in some respects. Imagination rocks! Play to your heart's content.
