When I give it some thought, I realized that, I _knew_ it was only a matter of time before things were to end between me and the ex. Somehow, I just knew things were going to be chaotic soon. I'm just... I just don't know how to feel at the moment.Next Friday he leaves for Scotland for the rest of '07 [the semester], and he won't be back until January. And then what...and then what?This song seems rather appropriate because of the lines "The winter here's cold and bitter." When December hits Florida this year, it'll be a cold one, even colder for me because it's going to hurt emotionally. And because I know that, when Mike returns in January, it's going to hurt me even more because we're no longer together.All of a sudden I really don't have much to look forward to anymore.
