I really enjoyed that!

I was wondering what it was reminding me of, and realized the band Smoke, which I had inquired about on Mog but got no responses.

And not just because they both are playing banjos. Ok, maybe because they're both playing banjos. :) But nah.

ivylander, it's likely Bob did, since tracks of his were on Folkways' _Anthology of American Folkmusic_ (1953), and Macon's first LP on Folkways (1963) put together by Pete Seeger. Macon died in 1952.
