Thanks to a trip up north with a particular confluence of CDs in my car - Eiffel 65's EUROPOP and a compilation called 12"/80s/Dance - I am in '80s-and-later pop love moment. Somebody tell me where to get more of exactly these three following things (embedded below). I'm both picky and open minded, both demanding and easy. Help me. Throw me some pathways. Make me swoon and yelp for moments of joy and melody and soul chord progressions.
Eiffel 65 "Crazy" (incredible "Digital Love" ripoff)
Shalamar "Friends" (incredible original disco pop, those synths)
Swing Out Sister "Breakout" (beats Prefab Sprout for "exuberantly slick" - this isn't as good as the 12" mix I have)
