Frank Black Was Arrested For Performing On Street In Dublin!

Frank Black caused quite a ruckus in Dublin on the evening of 9 February. The former Pixies singer was performing outside of Steven's Green when police freaked out and arrested him. According to nialler9, he was busking on the street and playing tunes on his acoustic guitar. He was scheduled to play later that evening in Vicar Street and I haven't seen any reports of him not showing up, so he must have sorted things out. Here is some chaotic video from the scene of the crime:
