So i felt the need to create another weekly event on the blog. In the vein of Hip Hop Wed and the WKND PLYLST. I have decided to take on some great soundtracks from movies over the years. I will not limit this to just american movies or movies with only pop songs but I will try and span the vastness of everything out there.
First up. TOP GUN! What an amazing movie soundtrack. Kenny Loggins powerhouses his way through this one! Danger Zone and jets! I mean what is cooler than that? Nothing. And who wouldn't want to take their shirt off and play volleyball in tight jeans when listening to Playing with the Boys! And of course making out with Kelly McGillis and laying her down in satin sheets after riding...our motorcycle. My breath was just taken away. Sweetness.
