To get his ball rolling, here are a few of mine.

I posted my annual Halloween mix on Multiply. It's not old-school like these, but delightfully creepy nonetheless. :[

I always used to mix in Siouxsie and the Banshee's "Treat or Treat" on my Halloween playlists.

Call me sick, but I love "This is Halloween" from the Nightmare Before Xmas soundtrack. I know, I know...

That's not sick, that's awesome. Which reminds me, I think tomorrow night will be a good night for the family movie-fest of The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Great Pumpkin, and Corpse Bride. Oh yeah!

I'm watching An American Werewolf in London atm....so of course i have to mention "Werewolves of London", eventhough i feel that is an obvious and overdone choice

    "Spooky" by the Classics IV

"Season of the Witch" by Donovan

Lady Miss Ian, hu I haven't heard the Souxsie and the Banshees song. I think I may have to look it up. But no I agree with Dale, not sick at all...very cool!

Nice Will!!! Well, the obvious choices are the BEST! I love Spooky and I am not familiar with Season of the witch, so I am watching it on youtube right now..I like it!

Whoops! My bad, Shud. I meant the Siouxsie song "Halloween", off the JuJu album. There's a refrain on it that goes "Treat or Treat. Trick or Treat. The Bitter and the Sweet." That's lodged in my head instead of the correct title. I must be bewitched or something. ;-)

Ah, i was just digging through my Siouxsie collection for the song you mentioned. "Halloween" is of course perfect. That was on last year's mix. :)

Not to overstate the case (already did a whole post on it), but "Fire" by the Crazy World of Arthur Brown. And the theme to "The Addams Family." And, because of the "Exorcist" soundtrack connection, Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells." Brrrrrr. Scary, (And, as ever, nice to hear from you, Shud.)
