As you probably know, I adore Maxwell's falsetto voice for it drives me completely nuts like most individuals who hear it and are captivated to listen to more of his work. I have been following his career since 1996 but have never seen him in concert.
Well, that will change this year.
Tickets are on sale for presale NOW until 9pm TODAY only for his New York show on Thursday, October 9th at 8pm at Radio City Music Hall.

@augusts1 - FINALLY I am so excited about this! In fact, I have had a few people reach out to me BEGGING me to go so I could write up a review. I was like me? My goodness so I better start resting and studying up on his music more! 8) Not like i know it but you know! AHHHHHHHHHHHH

Chile, I am not the only one who adores him but I know I have a reputation for posting on him (a lot!) but its all good. His music is what drives me. I'll check out that Cottonbelly. I actually have a subscription to the hardcopy of Spin, so I read that article on D'Angelo. That was an fascinating read of the unmaking of a star. I do hope he is able to make a comeback & release new material. Goddess forbid he should turn into a Axl Rose w/the 10+ yrs in the making Guns N' Roses album, that would be tragic.
