Maybe I am not so overjoyed that Columbia Records has released the single, Pretty Wings, because I rather experience the entire album BLACK Summer's Night than this 1 song. I'm thankful though to FINALLY have something.
Since 2007, I took the liberty of joining a slew of individuals (especially The Latest Maxwell News) in support of maxwell's new album. Since 1996 I have been following maxwell's music and have always been in constant joy of his work.
His voice reminds me of the smoothness of a Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye and even the falsetto highs of the Bee Gees but with a soulful kick. I pray his music will not be forgotten and that individuals will appreciate the talent that he has shared with us.
That is why I have blogged with many others for his music to always be played on the radio. Fortunately here in New York City, WBLS FM radio plays his music often and I do listen to last.fm radio and hear his music there too.
