I'm super excited for about 19 hours from now! My friends and I are going to go see Queens of the Stone Age in Duluth, MN. I actually just started getting into these guys, despite how long they've been around. Rated R is an amazing album. Not every song is gold, but they're all worth listening to. I suggest you check it out if you haven't already.
So, Ben Kweller is playing near my hometown this weekend, and I can't afford to go. He's one of my all time favorite artists, and I can't spend 30 dollars (plus gas and parking) to go see him. This is a huge let down, but hopefully he'll be back soon. If anyone is in the Apple Valley area of MN this weekend, or anywhere near any of his other stops on this tour, I highly suggest that you try to go see him.

Oh, that's a bummer. If I lived near you, I'd buy you a ticket and leave it at will-call for you. Everyone should be able to go see their favorite bands. Do you have any internal organs you can sell?

saw these guys way back in the day when this kind of music was my scene, though i may not listen to them much anymore, they did put on one hell of a fine show! Have fun
