WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Caution: Men Working

Posted about 1 year ago
As usual, I gotta lotta music I would love to talk about, but not much time. My man +"soulsupreme":http://www.last.fm/user/soulsupreme/+ over on +"Last":http://www.last.fm+ hooks me up with tracks every once in a while (understatement) and I pass them on to the MOGiverse. If you don't know, "KiDz in the Hall":http://www.myspace.com/kidzinthehall is comprised of (the college graduate)emcee, Naledge and (the olypmian) producer Double O. Their first CD is titled School Was My Hustle, and was wonderfully crafted. On top of that, they've released a few mixtapes(Naledge is Power, Detention, Geniuses Need Love Too...). Not to mention that they're scheduled to release **The In Crowd** sometime this year. I'll have (to try) to give you more info later. This is the "Work to Do" remix featuring Kweli & Bun B. Regardless of whether you support Obama, I think we can all agree that America's got some bizness to attend to. I know I got work to do. Plus, it's good to see these three artists on the same track (likewise w/ Lupe doing songs with Bun B and Unkle). Everybody should reach out to other "genres" of music. But this is the MOGiverse, so I know I'm preachin to the choir.peace y'all.
