my parents decided that since i just quit my job, wasnt going to college (this semester), and basically wasnt doing much that my computer was distracting me from getting stuff done. i didnt want to give it to them, but they fight dirty and held MY (i emphasize my because i paid for everything) cell phone hostage until i gave them my computer. it was a tough situation, im feel so cold and confused right now.

Holy hell that is massively lame. I sincerely hope you told your parents to fuck off in a serious way. No disrespect to your parents (well, maybe some) but they have no right to touch anything of yours, whether you paid for it or even if they gifted it to you. My mother used to pull that shit with my car, she'd take the fuses out and not tell me. That used to piss me off so bad.

hellz yeah, so you know how it is...and its horrible. all i can really do is put up with it until im out of the house again. only a couple more months...

Yessir, I've been working on that myself. Where do you live anyway? "United States" helps but it doesn't quite cover everything.

gee thanks for the consolation...hahaha. its alright though because atlantas indie scene is getting a lot better and plus weve got the local bands from athens like olivia tremor control and their whole collective/side projects. what about you?

Meh, I'm not really into the whole scene thing. I work a lot these days, and rarely have a chance to see live music. These past few days tho, I got to see Minmae and Adam up in San Francisco.

Oh, and I've got Badly Drawn Boy tickets for tomorrow, so good times.

me neither, but id rather have a scene than none at all..even though i rarely get up there, athens is much better. ive been meaning to look some of adams stuff up..as for minmae: how are they?
