This weekend is my last ever Community Festival in Columbus, or as it is lovingly referred to , Comfest.

http://www.comfest.com/schedule.htm

It is the biggest non-sponsored, community organized, free music festival in the country...without a doubt the best three days of the year.

So if any of you are on good terms with God or Mother Nature or whoever is in charge of the making it rain....could you put in a call for me and make sure that the weather holds out for the rest of the weekend? PLEASE...i will owe you forever!

Have a grand Thursday everyone...

blair: you know anything for you :) !!! Once you're settled, save that spot on the couch... one of these days I'll head out that way if for no other reason than to take in the vibe of LA, sit in traffic worse than the major cities of the east coast, see a few shows & hang out with a good friend who appreciates proper show etiquette. No cell phones whatsoever !!!

Well, I've never been one to prevent rain, actually, I'm the other way around. But, I promise not to try and make it rain.

By the authority vested in me as a representative for one Ms Mother Nature, I hereby transfer all the potenial bad weather vibes and redirect them towards Amsterdam (where it always rains) and Glastonberry (where it will never stop raining). May Columbus be a pillar of sunbeams.

Lucky for you, it seems that the weather here in SW Ohio is going to be nothing but sun this weekend...of course that also means that it'll be hotter than hell...

I'll allow you your weekend of no rain...but then i'm going to start praying to the FSM for some downpours...my flowers are looking so very Emo lately.

concerned you are going from small town to giant anonymous megalopolis too quickly.

No way...the anonymity of being a small fish in a big pond totally appeals to me! But I have never heard a bad thing about San Fransisco...if I find I don't like LA I will definitely drive upstate and give it a shot before moving back to Ohio
