Words can not express how good it feels to be out of my seedy Hollywood hotel. After a 14 night stand in Hollywood, I concluded that it is a nice place to visit...but I don't want to live there. Maybe if I was 22, but I am in fact 32...and the weirdness that is Hollywood was fascinating in small doses, but I could never live that close to the fray.
I am in Suburban Los Angeles, Canoga Park. And i really, really like it. Great roommates, perfect situation,
I am ready to start my life, Version 2.0
So...the title of this post was inspired by one of my favorite records, Cornershop's 'When I Was Born For The Seventh Time'...so here is a fitting track...since I think for the first time in my life I am, indeed HOME.

i am so glad that you are feeling at home and that your roomate situation is a good one.
when i was in my late teens and early twenties i spent a great deal of time in hollywood, i'm not sure i could have ever lived there, though. it was nice to be able to go home after visiting the "fray". there are things i love about it, though...just not a place to call home.
welcome to your life :)

Glad things are going well with you Blair. I'm sure there will be other quakes for you. Good to see that you can post again too. M was getting a bit boring without you posting music.
